Because of this uncompromising individuality, once a piece has been confirmed or purchased, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Our clients are encouraged to explore their choices with the support of our Concierge Team, who ensure complete clarity before reservation.
Reservation & Confirmation
An enquiry or appointment does not guarantee availability until acknowledged by Kyomi.
Once your selection is confirmed and reserved, it enters our “Reserved Forever” archive and is permanently retired from production.
Prior to final confirmation, you may withdraw your interest without obligation.
Upon confirmation, our craftsmen commence preparation, certification, or personalization — reflecting your exclusive ownership.
Bespoke & Custom Commissions
For custom or made-to-order pieces, our artisans create jewels based on your personal vision.
Due to the bespoke nature of this process, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications once work has begun.
Each commission is accompanied by a clear design brief, material details, and estimated timelines — ensuring transparency at every stage.
Authenticity & Quality Assurance
Every Kyomi jewel is certified and undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality check.
Natural variations in gemstones, diamonds or artisanal finish are inherent to handcrafted work and form part of the jewel’s authenticity.
Should you receive an item with a verifiable defect or damage during delivery (if applicable), please contact concierge@kyomiluxejewels.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Our team will review and arrange a suitable resolution or service.
After-Sales Care
Your relationship with Kyomi extends beyond purchase.
We offer complimentary cleaning, polishing, and maintenance during the first year, and lifetime service support thereafter.
Repairs, resizing, or restoration beyond warranty are evaluated case by case, ensuring your piece remains as timeless as when it was first reserved.
