Return & Exchange Policy
At KYOMI, every jewel is handcrafted with exceptional precision. As most of our pieces are customised or made-to-order after a boutique visit or detailed enquiry consultation, returns are available only in specific circumstances.
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The item received has a manufacturing defect, or

The product delivered is different from what was confirmed during the order process.
In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photos or video for verification. Our quality team will inspect the issue and offer a suitable resolution — repair, exchange, or remake.
Because each KYOMI creation is individually crafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues after approval, or custom design variations approved at purchase.
